When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped the next working day.
Do you offer free delivery in the UK?
Yes. We offer FREE Next Working Day delivery within the UK on all in-stock products.
How long does delivery take for pre-order items?
Pre-order products require 5–10 working days for production and delivery. This timeframe includes manufacturing, quality checks, and dispatch.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in original condition.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your vehicle, choosing the correct product, and completing checkout. If you’re unsure about compatibility, contact us before ordering.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
How can I check the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow your delivery.
What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We can update the address before dispatch. Address changes are not possible once the order has been shipped.

Do your products support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto?
Yes. All compatible products support wired and wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto, giving you access to navigation, calls, messages, music, and apps directly on the screen.
Will I keep factory OEM functions and is installation plug and play?
Yes. Our products are designed to retain factory OEM functions such as steering wheel controls and cameras (vehicle dependent) and feature easy plug-and-play installation with all required parts included.
