At DUDUAUTO, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, wiring, and components must be included

  • The item must show no signs of damage, wear, or modification

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team:

  • Provide your order number

  • Briefly explain the reason for return

  • Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Our team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 working days for processing after inspection

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service

  • If the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, DUDUAUTO will cover the return costs

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Products that have been installed or used

  • Items returned incomplete or without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or handling

  • Special-order or customised units

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund where applicable

Important Notice

Our products are designed for plug-and-play installation, however professional fitting is recommended.
DUDUAUTO is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation.
